Canadair NF-5B Freedom Fighter

The first Royal Netherlands Air Force plane I've build. Reminds me back to the nineties when these NF-5's where stationed at Gilze-Rijen AFB.
For the colors I used Vallejo Model Air71017 Russian Green, Vallejo Model Air 052 German Grey and Vallejo Model Air 050 Light Grey. The masking between for the camo was done with a sort of blue tack. This one is the K-4020, from 314 Sqn (Redskins), based at Eindhoven, Royal Netherlands AF, in the late 1970s.

IAF RC2 KFIR TSILUM Recce-Variant

Finished a few weeks ago, but it took a while before taking the pictures.
Made this one mostly OOB, came with a some ressin. The only part that came off, and off and off, was the ressin nose. The amount of weight is a little to much for the attaching points. This kit doesn't come with sidewinders, the sidewinders are from Eduard, the rails is from a Eduard MiG 21, was the best match I had in my spares.  I did paint the fueltanks in desert camo to get some color into the grey Kfir.

Supermarine Seafire FR46 / FR47

Finished the Supermarine Seafire, build it as a FR46.
On this one I tried a couple of things, using Vallejo chipping fluid, on the propellors and walkways.

Getting a ground effect on the wheels. After taking the pictures, seen that there has to be some on the top of the wheel. For the smoke effect by the enginesI used Vallejo 70939. Next time I'll try to dillute it a bit.
The fuel stains were made with AK Interactive AK2039  Kerosene Leaks and Stains.

The overall fit was good. For the colors I used Vallejo 71078 gold yellow, 71110 UK extra dark sea grey and 71103 Grey RLM. Unforunately the top coat on the wings (Gloss Varnish) was ruined by a wrong Airbrush head. But learned some things on using the smoke effect, pigments and chipping fluid.
